Dawn M Dashnaw has been in sales and management for over sixteen years. She graduated from Cazenovia College with an A.A.S. in Business Management and graduated from Oswego State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Dawn is also a New York Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent.

Dawn has lived in the Pulaski and the surrounding areas her entire life and knows it well. She enjoys snowmobiling, atv-ing, muscle cars, hiking, motorcycling, camping, mountain biking, and more.

Dawn is a member of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors, National Association of REALTORS®, Sandy Pond Sportsman Association, Barnes Corners Sno-Pals Snowmobile Club, Old Forge Snowmobile Trail System, Lewis County ATV Trail System, Tug Hill Wheelers ATV Club, Oswego County ATV Club, Oswego Valley ATV Club, Leatherstocking Club of CNY, and Winona State Forest Club.

Dawn has been a New York Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for over 14 years, and is now the Owner and Broker of Furnia Realty. She was proud and honored to take over the family business from her Uncle Robert Furnia, may he rest in peace. She has the experience and energy to help clients buy and sell homes.

Amanda M Weber has been a chemist for over fifteen years. She graduated from Boise State University with a B.S. in Chemistry with an emphasis on Forensic Science.

Amanda is married to a local fishing guide and together have two young boys. She grew up in the Redfield area and now resides in Mexico and knows the area well. She enjoys snowmobiling, atv-ing, boating, hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, and more.
